ISRRT announces Chesney Research Fund competition for the year 2020.
Call for a Proposal
Theme: “Patient Safety in medical imaging”
The ISRRT invites Radiographers/Radiological Technologist to submit their proposal on the above theme participating to the Chesney Research fund Award Competition.
The proposal may include improved or newly developed methodology, or modification to protocols and procedures, which may result in a sustainable or improved quality service in the respective discipline of medical imaging and /or radiation therapy. Applications with other themes are also welcome but priority will be given to applications following the proposed theme for 2020.
The grant is £1500 for 1-year and £3000 for 2-year projects. Full details of the Research Fund Guidelines and application form can be found on the isrrt.org or can be obtained from the CEO of ISRRT at ceo@isrrt.org. The closing date for submission of a grant application is 30st September 2020. Funding decision will be announced by 31st October 2020.
