Dear Colleague, The International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists (ISRRT), was founded in 1962 as a non-profit organization, and today has 80 Member Societies representing more than 75 countries, over 250,000 Society members and in excess of 5,000 Associate Members. We are associated with the United Nations and officially recognized as an NGO (Non-Government Organisation) by the World Health Organisation in an advisory capacity to such bodies, as well as Governments, when required. We are the only organization representing all disciplines of Medical Radiation Technologists internationally. Our principal objectives are to develop and maintain international standards of medical radiations, which are of ever-increasing relevance as imaging technology and radiation therapy practice forge ahead.
