Dr Michael Ward, ISRRT President and Dr A Yule, ISRRT CEO, attended the WHO General Assembly in Geneva on the 15th - 20th May 2011.

During the Assembly they had the pleasure to hear both Mr Bill Gates and Mrs Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh speaking.

Mr Bill Gates, Co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation called for increased political and financial support for vaccines so that "by 2020, we can prevent 10million deaths".
